Gunung Mulu National Park is one of Nature’s most spectacular achievements and the ‘Jewels in the Crown’ of Sarawak’s expanding network of national park. It is also the largest national park, covering 544 sq km of primary rainforest; which is crass-crossed by fast flowing rivers and clear jungle streams. Mulu is dominated by three mountains – Gunung Mulu (2,376 m), Gunung Api (1,750 m) and Gunung Benarat (1,858 m). Yet many of Mulu’s greatest attractions lie deep below the surface. Hidden underneath the forested slopes of these mountains is one of the largest limestone cave system in the world.
This system, a breath-taking natural wonder, contains a number of record breaking caves. With the world’s largest cave passage (Deer Cave), the world’s largest natural chamber (Sarawak Chamber), and the longest cave in Southeast Asia (Clearwater Cave), it is not surprising that Mulu is now world-famous. Over 200 Km of cave passages have been surveyed but this is thought to represent just 30-40% of the actual total.

Day 1: Arrival – Mulu National Park – Deer and Lang Caves – Bat Exodus (-)
Meet and greet at Mulu Airport. Check-in at selected accommodation. Tour will start by 2:00PM transfer to the park headquarter for registration. Walk 3KM plank walk to Deer and Lang Caves. Enjoy millions of bat exodus during late evening. Return to accommodation after tour.
Day 2: Batu Bungan Penan Settlement – Wind and Clearwater Caves – Kuala Litut (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast and check out from accommodation. Take a boat visit to Batu Bungan – Penan Settlement, Wind and Clearwater Caves. Have a picnic lunch at Clearwater Summer hut and enjoy the cold-water spring. Take a boat ride continue to Kuala Litut. Walk 9KM jungle trekking to Camp 5. Dinner and overnight in Camp 5.
Day 3: Gunung Api – Pinnacles (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast, climb the Gunung Api to see the Pinnacles. All the way will step on the rock and root until view point of pinnacles. Enjoy the view of pinnacles. Packed lunch will be served. Back to Camp 5 dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Departure (Breakfast)
Trekking back to Kuala Litut after breakfast. Take a boat ride and send to airport for flight departure.
