Sibu Rajang Esplanade 诗巫

Sibu is an inland town in the central region of Sarawak. It is the capital of Sibu District in Sibu Division, Sarawak, Malaysia. The town is located on the island of Borneo and covers an area of 129.5 square kilometres. It is located at the confluence of the Rajang and Igan Rivers, some 60 kilometres from the South China Sea and approximately 191.5 kilometres north-east of the state capital Kuching. Sibu is mainly populated by people of Chinese descent, mainly from Fuzhou.

诗巫（Sibu）是砂拉越（Sarawak）的第三大城市，因这里的福州人口居多而被称为“新福州”、“小福州”；除此之外，来到诗巫到处可以看到白天鹅的雕塑，令这座属于砂拉越的“小福州”的城市也被称为“天鹅城”。对游客来说，比起古晋，诗巫感觉更轻松、更道地。当地的居民更友善、朴实，并常用当地的语言沟通。当然，他们脸上的微笑也有可能是因为相信诗巫拥有比其它城市更多的百万富翁。
